Description

Steps To Reproduce:
Login->User Management->Staff users->Create Staff users-<Enter user name, mobile no, Email, select wing from wing dropdown, enter eme office id->save

Actual Results: User is created and not showing on the staff user list
Expected Results: Should show the User on the staff user list
