SME user has no role permission activated by system super admin but role and permission is showing after sme user login

Description

*Steps To Reproduce:
  • Login as admin->User management->role->Permission->uncheck the all role permission->save the changes->log out as an admin z

Login as sme user->All role and permissions are deactivated by the admin but in SME users it is showing

Actual Results: All role and permissions are deactivated by the admin but in SME users it is showing
Expected Results: Should not show the user role permissions if the user has no role Permissosn
