12:26 PM Small & Medium Enterprise Foundation (SMEF) Bug #19398 (To Do): Admin user > Survey Management > Survey List > Create Survey > At the time of creating survey for every Mutiple Choise question it shows "+" button. Only one "+" button should show at the bottom of the options.
